As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Claude, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols and posted instructions.
• Support day-to-day site operations by reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or procedural issues observed during patrols and assisting with orderly response during alarms, evacuations, and other site events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
