Office Associate

The Office Associate position primarily supports office and administrative operations within the warehouse and distribution department. The individual will spend the majority of the shift performing clerical work, data entry, paperwork, documentation, and monitoring daily operations.

This role will also assist with basic warehouse activities when necessary, including inventory organization, receiving, packing, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• Full-time position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and record keeping.
• Monitor operations and assist with tracking schedules, activities, and daily workflow.
• Maintain accurate and organized operational records.
• Assist with coordinating communication between warehouse personnel, supervisors, and other departments.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company systems to complete administrative tasks.
• Review paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with resolving basic operational issues and communicate more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed, including receiving, packing, inventory, and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office and work environment.
