The Commercial Bank’s Process Transformation team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead high-impact strategic transformation initiatives and manage a team of process improvement professionals. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive strategy and tactical execution, leveraging advanced process methodologies to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance client experiences. You will serve as both a strategic advisor to senior leadership and a people manager dedicated to coaching and developing top talent. **Responsibilities:*** Lead and guide transformation teams driving efforts from initial scoping through implementation and handoff balancing structure with creativity to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.* Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.* Evaluate and leverage cutting-edge technologies, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation capabilities to modernize workflows, reimagine future-state processes, and accelerate organizational transformation.* Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted workflows and generative AI tools to make existing process management structures faster, more automated, and audit-ready.* Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute the portfolio of process transformation initiatives aligned with broader organizational goals.* Oversee complex, cross-functional end-to-end process redesigns utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking frameworks to drive measurable, sustainable business outcomes.* Deliver compelling data-driven presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to C-suite and executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure buy-in.* Lead overarching change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability of transformed processes across the enterprise.* Establish performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance models to track, evaluate, and report the business impact of transformation portfolios.* Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification. **You’d Thrive in This Role If You:*** Possess a strong strategic mindset capable of converting complex organizational challenges into clear operational vision and actionable roadmaps.* Are a proven people manager who takes pride in building, guiding, and empowering high-performing teams.* Stay at the forefront of emerging AI tools and are passionate about driving technology adoption across business operations.* Demonstrate exceptional executive presence, with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence at all levels of leadership.* Master process optimization methodologies and can flex them appropriately for agile, highly regulated environments.* Thrive in managing complex cross-functional relationships across tech, risk, operations, and business lines. *This role is designated as a hybrid position.
