Senior Prospect Research Analyst

To support philanthropic initiatives, the full-time Senior Prospect Research Analyst will perform analytics and relationship management, focusing on identifying high-wealth major gift prospects and managing donor information in a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Triad area. Key responsibilities Identify and analyze major gift prospects through data mining and predictive modeling, utilizing online business intelligence tools Manage prospect portfolios for Development Officers, ensuring an appropriate balance and prioritization of prospects for engagement Conduct research on potential donors, preparing detailed financial and biographical reports to support fundraising strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of related development experience Proficiency in advanced Excel and database management, including data analysis and predictive modeling Experience with complex relational databases and data management principles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
