salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3:30 PM - 12 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

This position will be expected to ensure that Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are being followed by directing the Sanitation crew and document these activities accordingly.  Ensure sanitation employees are following SSOP's. Will train and supervise the night cleaning crew. Will need to have basic computer skills and be bilingual English/Spanish. 

  Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to abide by Company employment, safety, and food safety policies;
• Conducts Safety and Food Safety audits to assure compliance to company standards.
• Manages chemical and cleaning supplies and ensures the proper items are available for team to use clean facility.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees;
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, bend, climb stairs, and work in confined areas for long periods at a time; and
• Ability to report to work a 2nd shift with a set start time of 3:30pm during off season and 6:30pm during peak season. Work extensive hours and weekends, and be very flexible as needed by varying seasonal production schedules.
• All other tasks and projects assigned by management.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
