Buligo Capital is looking for an Associate VP of Investor Relations to help grow their capital raising efforts in the U.S. This role involves converting investor interest into commitments and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations and a network of existing investor contacts. What You’ll Do Drive capital raising efforts by managing the investor funnel. Build and expand relationships with investors. Present investment opportunities in a compelling way. Manage the due diligence and closing processes. Ensure a great investor experience through effective communication. Maintain accurate tracking of investor activities and pipeline. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams. What You Need 2-4 years of experience in investor relations or capital raising. Proven track record of converting investor interest into commitments. Strong communication skills to present investment opportunities clearly. Existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Familiarity with private offering workflows and due diligence processes. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
