The Install Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of all products and the representation of the company on client property when travelling.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Liaison between the company and the property for all installation related issues.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees by representing VSR Industries in a professional and responsible manner when communicating and traveling with others both inside and outside the company.
• Ensure the crew performs in a professional manner.
• Provide training and tools necessary for Installers to perform their tasks.
• Verify all product is accounted for before, during, and at the end of an installation.
• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used.
• Install products on site as needed and troubleshoot any products that may not be working correctly.
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
• Ensure all documentation is correct and signed for by the appropriate Casino personnel.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products, and customer information.
• Follows all safety requirements provided by the Casino or property management.
• Assist with setting up and operating all key cutting machines for multiple types of keys (Ex Medeco, dimple, tubular, and etc.).
• Assist the high security department with lock assembly and the maromatic machines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of high school diploma, or related, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training in warehousing, receiving, inventory control in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years of supervisory experience. Preferably in the gaming industry.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites - locally, nationally, and internally 50% of the time.
• Verifiable "clean" background check is required.
• Verifiable credit check.
• Valid Driver's License and supply a MVR report.
