What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across inpatient and outpatient settings in a multi-site environment
• Conduct preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia during various surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor vital signs and manage anesthesia depth to ensure patient safety
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Travel between multiple locations to deliver anesthesia services as needed
• Document all procedures accurately within EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with hospital policies
• Support staffing needs during shortages while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications

What You Need

• Michigan RN and CRNA licenses
• BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certifications
• At least 2 years of anesthesia experience (not suitable for new graduates)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience working in a multi-site hospital environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and on-call
