Occupational Therapy Assistant

Harbors Home Health & Hospice has an opportunity for a full time COTA to its valuable therapy team. This individual is responsible for working closely with our Occupational Therapist to provide quality excellent patient care. This position gives the clinician the opportunity for both autonomy, one on one patient care, and working with a great team!

Duties may include: Assists in developing and carrying out therapy care plans Teams up with a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide continuity of care Patient and family education Documents service provided and communicates changes and concerns with team mates
