At P4S Golf, our mission is relentlessly push the boundaries of golf performance and longevity - allowing golfers to play at the level they love for as long as they desire. Recognized since 2022 as Golf Digest's Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainers and backed by a database of over 15,000 golfers, we take a fully integrated, data-driven approach that combines movement assessments, physical characteristics, speed development, and skill acquisition to create measurable, transferable results on the course. By identifying the true constraints limiting performance, we design individualized programs that align physical training with on-course demands—helping hundreds of golfers increase distance, improve consistency, and achieve their goals while building a body that supports their game for years to come.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Trainer at P4S Golf. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing customized, data-driven fitness and performance programs tailored to the individual needs, movement profiles, and goals of golfers. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough mobility and power assessments, designing and coaching mobility, strength, and speed-focused training programs, instructing clients on proper exercise execution, and guiding them through structured routines that translate directly to on-course performance and consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Experience in Strength/Mobility Coaching
- Knowledge in Nutrition to support client health and performance goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to tailor programs based on individual client needs and physical capabilities
- Certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or relevant field
- Experience golfing or working with athletes or individuals in sports-related fitness is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary and commission with OTE (On Target Earnings) $60,000.
