Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest levels.

Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluations.

Continue to follow up with leads to maintain engagement and assist throughout their hiring journey.

Keep precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.

Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that take place, and hires made from your leads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
