Job Summary

We are actively seeking a dedicated  Assistant General Manager to lead our daily operations. This is a full-time role structured around a predictable 45-hour workweek , giving you the balance you need while advancing your career. You will partner directly with the General Manager to oversee team performance, optimize service workflows, and maintain our high standards of hospitality. For the right professional, this position serves as a fast-track pipeline directly to the General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience for every guest.
• Implement workflow solutions to optimize table turn times and enhance overall team productivity.
• Train and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and safe work environment.
• Manage critical financial metrics, focusing on labor scheduling and inventory controls to drive profitability.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain our exceptional satisfaction ratings.
• Execute daily administrative tasks, including shift reporting, compliance tracking, and staff development plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a  full-service, fast-casual, or QSR-style restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of finding operational solutions and improving team retention.
• Strong financial acumen, with direct experience managing labor costs and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• A strong commitment to maintaining brand standards and delivering top-tier hospitality.
