Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Taunton | Taunton, MA
$33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our rehabilitation team in Taunton. Work closely with Physical Therapists and other clinical professionals while providing hands-on treatment designed to improve residents' mobility, strength, and functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Carry out physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities
• Follow individualized plans of care and support established rehabilitation goals
• Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
• Reinforce exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
