Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Location: Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston‑Salem, NC Schedule: PRN Night Shift (Part time) Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 Qualifications Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program. Previous Labor and Delivery experience. Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required based on specialty. Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) multi‑state compact and/or single‑state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services. Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred) Responsibilities Deliver safe, patient‑centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based practices—monitoring conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to achieve optimal outcomes across the continuum. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality and safety—maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, engaging in professional development, and upholding ethical standards while meeting diverse patient care needs.
