Pay On-Demand: Get quick access to a portion of your earned wages after completed shifts. Weekly Pay: Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday – payday is Friday. Overnight Differential : Earn an additional .75¢ per hour between the hours of 10pm-6am. Benefits: including paid time-off and a matching 401K (up to 6%). Annual Retirement Contribution: 3% gross pay contribution to 401K after 1 year of service (restrictions apply). Health Insurance Options: Available to qualifying employees based on average number of hours worked. Learn and rotate through deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles—no two days are the same, and you’ll always be keeping things moving. Keep it fresh! Prep food, restock items, and follow simple safety and quality standards so everything looks, smells, and tastes great. Rock the space! Qualifications Positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine customer-first mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance. Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
