In this role, you will provide professional blood collection services across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities Performing venipuncture and capillary draws on diverse patient populations with care and accuracy. Ensuring proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens according to protocols. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to infection control standards. Providing excellent patient care, addressing questions, and ensuring patient comfort. Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate specimen collection schedules and troubleshoot issues. Adapting to different facility procedures and workflows as a float staff member. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel between facilities as needed.
