Job Title: Senior Tax ManagerJob Location: San Rafael, CA (hybrid)Job Salary: 135k - 225k + BenefitsRequirements: Public Accounting, CPA, Individual, Business, Tax SolutionsBased in San Rafael, CA, we are a full service CPA firm offering solutions for small and mid-market businesses, owners, and individual tax clients. Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team! Must have 10+ years of Public Accounting and experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.Active CPA License is required. This position offers a hybrid schedule.If you are a Tax Manager with experience, please read on!What You Will Be Doing:Develop and implement tax preparation for Individuals and Businesses.Work with clients on strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure accurate reporting of debits and credits.Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submissions.Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on accounting matters related to tax preparation.Must Have Skills:10+ years of Public Accounting experience Experience reviewing and preparing tax returns for individuals and businessesExperience coaching and supervising other tax professionalsActive CPA License Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fieldIf hired, you will be rewarded with an offer that includes:135k - 225k SalaryFull Health BenefitsLife Insurance401kPTOIf you are a Tax Manager with experience, please apply today!
