WHAT DOES A RESIDENCE SPECIALIST II DO? In this role, you’ll be a key part of helping clients build independence and stability. You’ll assist in creating individualized service plans that reflect each person’s goals and needs. Your ability to observe, communicate, and collaborate will be essential as you share updates with the program coordinator, RN, and treatment team to ensure seamless care. Accurate documentation of progress notes will help track each client’s journey. You will also guide and supervise daily activities, social events, and skill‑building opportunities. Supporting clients with transportation, encouraging community involvement, and participating in team meetings are all part of your daily impact.
