About the Role We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance standards are achieved. This role plays a critical part in coordinating production activities, leading teams, and supporting continuous operational improvement across the bakery. Shift: 3rd Shift Compensation Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Lead daily production operations to achieve production targets and customer requirements. Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor production, inventory, and receiving activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting. Promote and enforce food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards. Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and workforce planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, engineering, and sanitation challenges. Drive effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking. Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate production records and reports. Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and travel up to 25% as needed. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Experience in a food manufacturing or commercial bakery environment. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Experience with production planning, inventory management, and workforce scheduling. Proven ability to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
