Position Overview
• Full-time school-based position
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 2026-2027 academic year
• Opportunities to work with a diverse student population

What You'll Be Doing
• Evaluate students and identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and deliver individualized therapy services based on student goals
• Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective intervention strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
• Track progress, maintain service records, and complete required documentation
• Provide recommendations that support students in both academic and social environments
• Attend team meetings and collaborate on student support plans

What We're Looking For
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP License or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Passion for helping students build confidence and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
