Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' specific mental health concerns.

  • Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate growth and healing.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and patient progress in accordance with departmental policies and HIPAA compliance.

  • Respond efficiently to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention to ensure client safety and well-being.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to report on patient needs and progress.

  • Consult with clients’ families and support systems regarding discharge planning and ongoing treatment needs.

  • Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of client progress toward their identified goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our client population is characterized by diversity, presenting unique perspectives and experiences, which enriches the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current and valid state license as an LMFT or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting.

  • Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and related software, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite—including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain self-motivation, and exemplify high organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally relevant therapy practices are preferred. Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
