What You’ll Do

• Provide full-time clinical care, including office visits, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, approximately 1,600 deliveries/year).
• Lead the strategic development and expansion of women’s health programs across Cincinnati’s east side.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital leadership to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practitioners, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists from the University of Cincinnati.
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation.
• Dedicate time to administrative leadership and program development initiatives.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid OB/GYN license in Ohio
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
• Ability to provide comprehensive clinical care and leadership

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in women’s health programs
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills
