What You'll Do:

• Provide full-time clinical care including office visits, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, approximately 1,600 deliveries/year)
• Lead and develop the Women’s Health program strategically and clinically
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering teamwork and excellence
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM specialists from the University of Cincinnati
• Participate in administrative duties and strategic planning for women’s health services

What You Need:

• Ohio Medical License (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• At least 5 years of OB/GYN clinical practice experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
