Primary Responsibilities Include: Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash Provide excellent customer service to residents Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.
