Job Details Location: Greeley, Colorado Shift Hours: 8 hours per day Schedule: 40 hours per week Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate assigned patients and develop treatment plans. Implement treatment plans and accurately complete documentation. Participate in student programs and maintain licensure. Adhere to professional and regulatory standards and support the organization’s performance improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 6 months to 1 + year of outpatient clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply). CPR certification.Active/applicable license for Colorado. Preferred Qualifications Successful prior assignment with the organization or agency. Previous outpatient experience. Float Float rotation may be required.
