This role owns marketing execution infrastructure and is empowered to implement systems, restructure workflows, upgrade talent, and enforce operational standards across marketing with executive backing. The Mandate To architect and enforce the system that turns strategy into predictable, measurable output across all marketing channels. Execution Discipline Drive 95%+ on-time campaign launches Identify bottlenecks before escalation Enforce clarity in deliverables, timelines, and accountability Establish corrective protocols when standards are not met 1. Revenue Alignment Ensure marketing execution ties directly to qualified opportunity growth Translate performance data into operational adjustments Partner with CMO and intake leadership to close the loop between campaigns and case acquisition 1.
