CNA/PCA Caregiver needed for client in DUCKTOWN, GA- (40 Hours)

Griswold Home Care Caregiver Position

Are you interested in working close to home and making $18 per hour? If so, Griswold Home Care is currently seeking a dependable, motivated, compassionate, and reliable caregivers that can work daytime shift 9am to 5pm in Ducktown location. Must live near Ducktown. Please note: the client is a smoker, so caregivers applying must be comfortable working in an environment where smoking is present.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation/feeding, toileting, medication reminders and ambulation
• Complete daily activity logs for every shift
• Driving client to lunch, social engagements, and doctor's appointments

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Current Georgia CNA license or PCA certification
• High School Diploma or GED- with the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Good communication skills- written and oral
• Compassionate and positive attitude, with a love for seniors and the disabled
• Current Georgia Driver's license- with proof of current auto insurance
• CPR & First Aid- (Does not accept CPR FOUNDATION)
• TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years)

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $18.00 per hour w/ pending
