Senior Engineer/PM - Traffic Job Location: US-TX-Houston | US-TX-Dallas Req Number: 2024-3322 Category: Experienced Roles Responsibilities Work with a team of engineers and technicians designing and producing traffic engineering projects. Assist in analysis, design, and implementation of projects such as traffic impact studies, traffic operations studies, capacity analysis, traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting, and traffic control plans. Communicate effectively both in writing and orally. Utilize traffic analysis software (Synchro, HCS, Arc GIS, VISSIM, TransCad). Understand local agency rules and regulations. Participate in our in-house staff learning and development program, MOORELearning. Qualifications BS or MS in Civil Engineering (transportation emphasis preferred). Texas P.E. required; PTOE preferred. 6 - 8 years of industry experience. Proficiency with traffic analysis software, including Synchro, HCS, Arc GIS, VISSIM, TransCad. Knowledge of state and local rules, regulations, standards, and procedures is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
