Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Description Location: Baxter, MN, 56425 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Little Falls, MN. The DSP will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with mental health diagnoses in a residential setting. No experience necessary! Compensation and Benefits: Evening positions start at $20.00 per hour Overnight positions start at $21.00 per hour Quarterly bonuses Health insurance Paid time off Life Insurance Retirement and so much more!!! Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities Document and report any changes in individuals' behavior or health status Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
