Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to financial advisors and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Your key responsibilities include supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests directed by the financial advisor; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Work independently, managing scheduling, preparing meeting materials, supporting marketing initiatives, updating SOPs, and executing the branch business plan. Use technology including MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software. Required Skills and Qualifications Analytical thinking Attention to detail Adaptability Conversational skills Digital tool utilization Team collaboration Computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology. Understanding of the financial services industry (learning aptitude). Support & Training Comprehensive 6-month training with an experienced peer mentor.
