Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions Provide exceptional service through clear communication and consistent follow‑through & follow‑up Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services Cultivate, maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients Establish and meet marketing goals with agent & team members Manage renewals, policy updates, and cross‑selling opportunities with professionalism and accuracy Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices Requirements Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty or Life & Health, Auto preferred).
