These are full and part-time positions. Requirements: Must be friendly and personable. Ability to work well with others. Willing to work evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation. Ability to share knowledge of gelato enthusiastically. Work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and adapt to change. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing excellent service and hospitality to guests and co-workers. Understanding and articulating the menu with enthusiasm. Maintaining health and food safety standards. Scooping gelato and crafting espresso beverages. Maintaining store cleanliness. Cash handling. About Dolcezza Gelato: Founded in Buenos Aires in 2000, inspired by the gelato shop Freddo, Dolcezza opened in Georgetown in 2004. Today, it operates 6 shops, supplies 100 restaurants, and is available in 2,500 grocery stores nationwide. Our gelato has received recognition from Saveur, Bon Appetit, Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
