ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 after spending many years in the finance industry. While I enjoyed finance, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in my community.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska and have been married to my wife, Lydia, for over a decade. We have two young children and enjoy spending time outdoors, running, hiking, participating in local races, and staying active as a family. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Nick Hochstein - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
