The Role

You'll work closely with our C-Suite leadership and Forward Deployed Engineering team to design, build and continuously iterate on modules within the Arini platform that automate expensive manual healthcare workflows like phone calls, insurance verification, schedule optimization and more.

This is a high-autonomy, extremely high-leverage role where your work will have a major impact (7+ figures) on the bottom line of the largest healthcare groups in the world. If you're excited about actually transforming healthcare with cutting-edge AI technology, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows directly with customers.

• Write production code to integrate into enterprise systems.

• Own outcomes: you ship automation that saves millions in cost and/or hours.
