As an Overwrap Associate, you'll be the star behind the scenes who ensures that products are perfectly wrapped, inspected, and prepared for their journey to customers. What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor overwrap and shrink wrap machinery with confidence, knowing how to stop equipment safely in an emergency
• Keep the assembly line clean, organized, and running like clockwork
• Accurately calibrate and use manual scales to verify finished product weights
• Collect, inspect, and package finished goods, paying close attention to quality, material accuracy, and perfect seals
• Load properly packed displays into shrink wrap machines, inspect finished packages for defects, and make simple reworks as needed
• Label and stack finished products on shipping pallets according to job specs for smooth transport
• Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and alert your team to any maintenance or quality issues
• Commit to safety, quality standards, recycling policies, and all company guidelines with care and consistency

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual defects
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment adjustments
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures precisely
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable communication to report issues clearly to supervisors and team members
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience using manual scales for weighing products
• Prior exposure to shrink wrap or packaging machinery
• Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on packaging equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks
• Willingness to follow safety and quality protocols at all times
• Flexibility to support other duties as needed within the team
