Are you energetic, upbeat, and love making people feel welcome? Urban Chestnut Brewing Company is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first smiling face guests see at our Grove-area Bierhall.

This is more than a part-time job it's a chance to be part of a rapidly growing brewery with big ambitions. UCBC is on a mission to become the next great American brewery, and you'll be right at the heart of the action.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with energy and positivity
• Direct guests to Bierhall or lounge
• Light bussing and serving duties in lounge area
• Help maintain our fun, smooth-running Bierhall atmosphere jump in to help where needed!
• Support to-go beer sales and merch sales with opportunities to earn commission!
• Provide outstanding hospitality that enhances the guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Energetic, happy, outgoing personality
• Strong customer service instincts
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Flexible availability for occasional special events

Hours & Pay

• ThursSun | 5 PM 9 PM
• Competitive hourly pay
• Commission opportunities tied to to-go beer and merchandise sales
• Additional shifts are available for special events
