Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: Conduct supervision and parent training Stay in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans Experience Needed For a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA A minimum of a master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams What do you think?
