HR Operations CoordinatorSeeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR administration and onboarding activities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating new hire onboarding, processing HR documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with various HR operational projects. The ideal candidate will have prior HR coordination or HR administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working with HR systems and confidential employee data.Top ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires and enter information into HRIS systemsPrepare and maintain employment documentation, including I-9s, offer-related paperwork, and onboarding recordsManage relocation documentation and reimbursement processesProcess invoices and payments for contractors, interns, and HR vendorsMaintain employee information and records within HR systemsGenerate employment verification letters and employee documentationMonitor compliance requirements, including I-9 reverifications and contract renewalsSupport internal and external HR auditsManage inquiries received through the HR shared inboxAssist with HR reporting, process improvement initiatives, and additional HR projectsMust-Have Qualifications2+ years of experience in HR coordination/support and onboardingExperience in I-9 verification and auditingHRIS experience, SuccessFactors is a plusMS SuiteJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Ypsilanti, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
