Lead Attorney – Orlando Office Zoecklein Law is launching a new Orlando office and is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial attorney to lead and grow this location. This is not a junior associate role. This position is designed for an attorney who wants autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to build a strong market presence in the Orlando / Central Florida region, while supported by an established Florida firm. You will oversee legal operations in the Orlando office, manage active casework across Medicaid planning, estate planning, probate, and probate litigation, and work closely with firm leadership on strategic growth and expansion. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a variety of matters, including Medicaid planning strategies, estate planning, probate administration, and related litigation. You will manage active cases, provide legal guidance to clients, draft pleadings and planning documents, and collaborate with firm leadership to build and scale the Orlando office. This role offers a high level of autonomy, along with the infrastructure and support of an established firm.
