Customer Support Specialist

Customer Service Representative *Location:* Swedesboro, NJ (On-Site)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
*Pay Rate:* $24.00/hour
*Employment Type:* 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Role We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support spare parts operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys coordinating orders, working with multiple departments, and providing excellent support to customers.
Responsibilities
* Answer customer phone calls regarding spare parts inquiries
* Prepare and deliver spare parts quotations
* Process customer orders and purchase orders
* Place part orders with suppliers and monitor order status
* Follow up on delivery timelines and communicate updates to customers
* Process customer invoicing
* Review electrical and mechanical drawings to identify spare parts as needed
* Track warranty items and returned parts
* Review service reports for parts requirements
* Verify spare parts pricing and compare supplier quotes
* Provide administrative support to Purchasing and After-Sales teams
Qualifications *Required:*

* Customer service experience
* Experience with order entry, order processing, or invoicing
* Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
*Preferred:*

* Experience reading blueprints, electrical drawings, or mechanical drawings
* Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
Work Environment
* On-site position in a manufacturing/office setting
* Not a call center environment
* Collaborative team supporting customers, production, and suppliers
