(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Assume a variety of responsibilities that keep the store running smoothly. This role involves safely operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety and cleanliness, supporting merchandising, and engaging in core values such as respect, integrity, and customer focus. Responsibilities Operate and maintain forklifts safely, following company standards and safety procedures. Receive, organize, and inventory merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers. Provide member service by acknowledging members, addressing their needs, offering guidance on self‑service technology and purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. Maintain safety of the facility: conduct safety sweeps, spot forklift safety, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies: zone the area, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged items, set up displays, and monitor for shrink and security. Assist with club pick‑up orders: pick, stage, and audit orders while ensuring timely completion. Support technology services: identify customers who need help, engage them, assist with devices, and maintain equipment. Demonstrate core values: respect diversity, build strong relationships, mentor others, act with integrity, and serve customers and members with a focus on results. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and continuously improve processes. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
