Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, from 1845 to 0715.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: Not specified.

Requirements

• 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
• RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with EMR systems preferred but not required
• Nicotine-free facility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs.
• Document patient status and care in EMR systems.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Compliance / Notes

Orientation on days 1 and 2, with additional clinical orientation. Weekend requirements: every other weekend. Holiday coverage is required unless prior arrangements are made.
