Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis Snow removal when needed What We’re Looking For: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time Compensation & Benefits: $28-$35/Hour Annual salary increases up Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually Holiday coverage bonuses 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match Blue Cross Medical Insurance at under $50 monthly (individual coverage) Complimentary Life and Dental Insurance packages Optional Vision and Disability Insurance available Enjoyment of nine paid holidays annually Generous Paid Time Off! 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5 Years = 160 Hours Rental discounts amounting to 20% off at any owned community.
