Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with variable start times at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Weekend coverage required. On-call shifts distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). May need to cover one night shift within contract as needed.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic experience required due to trauma designation
• Epic charting system experience required
• Level I trauma center experience required
• Proficiency in diverse OR procedures including robotic surgery, orthopedics/spine, general surgery, vascular, neurosurgery, GYN, and trauma cases
• Willingness to float between facility campuses in the region
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
