Join Advanced Physical Therapy in Northwest Wichita and become part of a compassionate, collaborative team of clinicians and support staff who care deeply about their patients and one another. Our clinic emphasizes personalized care, teamwork, and helping every patient feel heard and supported.

You'll receive dedicated support from an experienced Clinic Director and assigned mentor, with a structured mentorship program lasting at least one year, regular feedback, and quarterly team outings. With local management, clinical development opportunities, and convenient access to nearby restaurants and highway connections, you'll have the resources to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
