Now, we're looking for the right person to join us. Pay Structure Hourly + Commission + Bonus Opportunities $60,000 $150,000+ annually based on performance The more you push, the more you earnSky is the limit

What You'll Do (And Why You'll Love It) As a Sales Consultant, you're not just selling cars, you're creating experiences.

You'll: Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and professionalism Learn what they need (and sometimes what they didn't know they needed) Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and run test drives Guide customers through a smooth, transparent buying process Deliver vehicles like a profully prepped, explained, and celebrated Build relationships that turn into repeat customers and referrals

You'll work closely with: A tight-knit Sales Team A supportive Management Team F&I and Service teams that have your back

You might be perfect for this role if you are: Self-motivated and driven to succeed A natural communicator who connects easily with people Passionate about customer service Professional and polished in appearance and attitude Ready to learn (automotive experience is a plusbut not required!) Holding a valid driver's license with a clean record

Reporting Structure You'll report directly to the General Sales Manager but receive support and guidance from the GSM and General Manager.

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers. Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with consistent use of phone, email, and CRM systems.
