Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Location: Multiple clinic opportunities throughout Northeast Philadelphia, PA (Holmesburg, Torresdale, Upper Darby, Aston, Milmont Park) We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Compensation $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.) Clinician bonus plan: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K). What makes Ivy different? Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow & learn. Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
