Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to prospective clients to help them secure the right insurance coverage.

Review existing policies with current customers to ensure they have the proper protection as their lives change.

Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, easy-to-understand language.

Process new business applications and manage policy changes with high attention to detail.

Maintain an organized schedule for follow-ups and client outreach to ensure no one is left waiting.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ways to support our local Bentonville community.

Requirements

Ability to source and build rapport with community members

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.

High level of comfort using computers and web-based agency management systems.

Genuine desire to help neighbors protect what matters most to them.
