Role Description The Associate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Peachtree City, GA. In this position, the Associate Agent will assist clients in assessing their insurance needs, preparing quotes, and recommending suitable coverage options across personal and commercial lines. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, handling documentation, and supporting the renewal process. The Associate Agent will collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive rates, resolve billing or claims questions, and ensure accurate data entry in agency systems. This role also involves building and maintaining client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and follow-through. Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client requests, documentation, and follow-up activities. Comfort with technology, including agency management systems, online rating platforms, and standard office software. Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and managing client records. Willingness to learn insurance products across Home, Auto, Business, Farm, Life, and Long-Term Care lines. Active insurance license in the state of Georgia.
