Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse

Overview QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Referral Management Center team at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF). The ideal candidate will support referral management, clinical-administrative review, documentation, and patient education. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Track and follow up on outstanding referral reports and documentation. Ensure completed referrals from network and VA providers are returned to the referring provider within requiredtimeframes. Review referralsrequiringnursing judgment andmaintainaccuratereferral statuses and documentation. Support specialty referral and recapture initiatives. Educate patients and MTF staff on referral requirements, documentation standards, and timelines. Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecords in required healthcare systems. Minimum Requirements US Citizen Graduateofan accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license issued by any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory. One (1) year of practical or vocational nursing experience. Referral management,utilizationmanagement, case management, or ambulatory care preferred. Demonstrated computerproficiencyand keyboarding sufficient to sustain electronic health record workflow. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Ability to obtain andmaintaina favorable background investigation, a Common Access Card, and MTF-specific badge and system access. Current Basic Life Support certification(AHA or Red Cross). Additional Information Must pass TB Test. Subject to a background/security investigation.
