$22 - $28 per hour

Blossom ABA Therapy

Job Description

Job Description

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home Pediatric ABA Therapy – Morning Hours

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Morning and early afternoon hours | Part-time and full-time | In-home, serving Newton Grove, NC and surrounding communities

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in both English and Spanish — or an exam-ready bilingual candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in Spanish-speaking family homes, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This caseload runs mornings and early afternoons — if you're looking for daytime hours instead of the usual after-school ABA schedule, this is that rare role.

¿Eres RBT (o completaste el entrenamiento de 40 horas) y hablas español? Buscamos técnicos bilingües para brindar terapia ABA a domicilio en horario matutino en Newton Grove, NC y sus alrededores. ¡Aplica hoy!

What you'll do

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home settings, working in both English and Spanish

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA

  • Run skill acquisition programs for communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress on time

  • Coach and communicate with Spanish-speaking caregivers to keep treatment consistent across the home

  • Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

Requirements — please apply only if these describe you

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required — sessions and caregiver coaching are conducted in Spanish)

  • Available weekday mornings and early afternoons (required — this caseload is daytime, not after-school)

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB, or completed 40-hour RBT training and ready to sit for the exam

  • Hands-on experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism (direct 1:1 experience, not observation only)

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — local caseload designed to minimize travel

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Able to complete background clearances required for working with children

  • Physically able to sit on the floor, kneel, move quickly, and safely respond to challenging behavior

Pay and perks

  • $22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and certification status — bilingual RBTs come in at the top of our range

  • Consistent morning schedule — real work-life balance, evenings free

  • Part-time or full-time, with local caseloads that keep drive time short

  • Structured, reliable BCBA supervision and ongoing clinical mentorship

  • Clear advancement pathway in ABA, including support toward BCBA certification
